Day 2

I started my running training today. As I am a beginner I went for a light start:

5 minutes brisk walking, 1 minute running, 5 minutes brisk walking, 1 minute running and 5 minutes brisk walking.

I felt I could have done some more running, but I didn´t want to push it too hard the first time. Also the condititions weren´t the best to go running in the forest, as I did. It was wet, muddy and icy.

Back at home I did a 10 minutes abs workout.
